Andrew Nissley is a South Florida native who was drawn to the beauty of the Western North Carolina mountains after visiting throughout his childhood and spending summers in the area. He relocated to Asheville in 2013 and graduated from UNC Asheville three years later with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Since moving to Asheville, he has enjoyed the small-town charm and the city’s rapid growth.

After witnessing firsthand the value of investing in his family’s business, Andrew dove into real estate. Andrew has extensive property management experience in the manufactured housing and hospitality space, including managing a marina and 250-site RV park in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and three manufactured housing communities with 272 units in Western Pennsylvania. He also handled the oversight and training of managers for a management company with 40+ communities and 8,000+ units. His strength in sales and marketing and strong work ethic brought life and revenue back to some of these previously hurting businesses. He is also an Accredited Community Manager (ACM), an FAA Part 107 drone pilot, and a licensed real estate agent in Florida and Georgia. He and his business partner are working on several home improvement projects and have an expanding portfolio of rental properties in North Carolina and Florida. Andrew’s diverse range of experience has helped him to understand real estate from the big picture to the small details.

During his free time, Andrew enjoys exploring the outdoors in Western North Carolina and experiencing the natural playground the mountains offer. Andrew is also passionate about cars and motorcycles and enjoys driving or riding (at the speed limit) on a WNC curvy road.
