Denver Patterson, a North Carolina native, is ready to assist you with all of your real estate needs. Denver grew up in Boone and has always felt at home in the Blue Ridge Mountains. After spending some time in the city during college, he was ready to return to the mountains. He loves the small town feel and community that Brevard has to offer.
After attending Watauga High School, Denver explored a variety of pathways in college before deciding on a Marketing degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Soon after graduating, he began his career in retail management. During his time in retail, Denver honed his customer service and problem-solving skills. He learned a lot during his time in retail, but eventually decided he was ready to try something new.
After six years in Charlotte, Denver and his wife Elizabeth decided to move back to where they truly felt at home, western North Carolina. Denver soon began a new career in property management. After this career change, Denver decided to broaden his skill set and start a career in real estate as well. He obtained his real estate brokers license and joined Looking Glass Realty shorty after. He loves the excitement and challenges that each day brings and jumps at the opportunity to meet new people. Denver understands that buying a home can be overwhelming, but he also knows how rewarding it can be. It’s his goal to make your experience as smooth and

In his free time, Denver enjoys fishing, golfing, disc golfing, geocaching, and camping with his wife and two dogs.
