Etowah Place Studio Residencies are ideal for the minimalist renter. Located overlooking the Etowah Valley Golf Course, these units are conveniently near the Etowah Business District and just a short drive to Hendersonville, Brevard, and Mills River.

These units are studio size, open-floorplan with a private bath, closet, and a kitchenette area with a microwave and small refrigerator. No stoves/ovens. Each unit has their own private covered balcony overlooking the golf course. Onsite laundry facility for tenants only, pay per use machines. Month-to-month leases. Included in your rental rate is water, sewer, trash service, electricity and shared Wifi. One parking spot per unit.

Application Fee is $25.
PETS CONSIDERED WITH REFERENCES AND PROPER VET RECORDS. (ESA or service pets accepted with proof of documentation.)
NO SMOKING.

The occupancy limit at Etowah Place is two occupants per apartment. One occupant is $1000/mo, Two Occupants is $1200/mo. There is no additional charge for any occupant under the age of 18 who is a legal dependent of the tenant.
