Kris loved our property as much as we did and represented it well to potential buyers. He took the time to know the property and share his knowledge with buyers. Kris sent weekly updates and kept us informed. He is a great communicator, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

I chose Kris because I used to work with him prior to his work as a real estate agent. I knew him to be an honest, stand-up guy and that was what I wanted for the sale of our home. Kris was more than just an honest agent. The entire time up until closing on the sale, we received updates weekly (at minimum, sometimes more frequently), so we were never in the dark at all about what was going on. Any questions or concerns we had he always had or found us an answer. I would recommend Kris to anyone, and if I ever know of folks looking to buy or sell in that region of North Carolina, I will make sure to send them Kris’ contact info. Moving is a stressful process, but he really helped above and beyond what I would have expected from a real estate agent.
