As a child, she regularly accompanied them to showings, learning early on the importance of helping others make life-changing decisions and having a heart for service. Amanda spent nearly 20 years building a successful career in recruiting, where she mastered the key skills she will now apply in real estate—honesty, availability, and meticulous attention to detail. A natural listener, Amanda excels at understanding her clients’ unique needs and finding the best possible solutions. Amanda’s family roots are from the other side of the Appalachian Mountains. Inspired by the mountains, Amanda and her husband made the move to Brevard from Atlanta in 2021. Drawn to the area’s stunning mountain biking and hiking trails, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant community, they found the peaceful energy they’d been searching for.
In addition to her career expertise, Amanda has a remarkable background in strength sports as a former nationally ranked powerlifter. Her powerlifting career taught her perseverance in the face of challenges, the importance of strategic planning, and how to stay focused on achieving goals—skills she applies in her life every day.
Amanda’s approach is centered around understanding her clients’ needs and delivering results. With a strong focus on communication and transparency, she ensures that her clients are always in the loop throughout the process.
