Bill Goodman has been a full-time realtor since 1995, all in the Asheville and Hendersonville area. Bill started his sales career back in the 1960’s when he started showing RVs to clients for his parents in their business. He stayed in the RV industry after his parents retired to Florida. In 1988, his marketing career took a turn with Eckard Drug Store, and he opened 7 One Hour Photo labs with some in Florida and then in North Carolina. With the increased number of digital cameras going on the market, he could see that printing of photos was changing fast.
Bill began his real estate career in 1995 and has continued to advance in the field ever since. His biggest joy is helping people with their dreams. It doesn’t matter if they are looking for a first-time home, moving to a larger home or downsizing. Bill believes that homes sell themselves, but service is what makes you stand out in the real estate industry. Just one of his standards of service is to never let his voice mail be full. Nothing is more frustrating than to call an agent and not be able to leave a quick voice mail.
Through his 30 plus years in the business, he still loves the thrill of helping his clients. That shows through the many production and service awards he has earned as well as the many people Bill now has as friends that were and still are clients.
Bill’s key phrase he has used for years is “Call a Good Man in Real Estate”. That has served him well.
He also believes that you can have a balance in great customer service as well as having a personal life. That is why he enjoys the mountains and waterfalls in the area with a camera in his hand. Bill does not advertise that he is available 24/7 because he is not. But you might not find a better agent that does respond to your needs. Bill has family in Iowa (his childhood home), Florida as well as the state of Washington.
Why don’t you call and ask a “Good Man” to get to work for you today!
