That upbringing, combined with decades of real estate experience, allows Bill to approach every transaction with patience, diligence, and attention to detail.

Outside of real estate, Bill is a devoted family man. He has been married to his wife, Becky, for 38 years, and together they have built a life centered around family, faith, and community. Bill and Becky have two sons—Kirby, who lives in West Virginia, and Casey, who also resides in Henderson County, North Carolina—and Bill is a proud Papaw to his grandson, Colt. In his spare time, Bill and Becky enjoy spending quality time with family, riding motorcycles together, and relaxing at the lake whenever possible. He values the balance of work, family, and community, and strives to help his clients find not just a property, but a place they can truly call home.
