Originally from Homestead, Florida, and raised in Hendersonville, Carmel French brings a deep appreciation for community, lifestyle, and homeownership to her real estate career. Having experienced both warm coastal living and the beauty of all four seasons, Carmel admits she prefers the sunshine — and still enjoys traveling back to Florida regularly to visit her son and recharge in warmer weather.
Carmel has been working in real estate since 2015 and has built her business on being approachable, resourceful, and relentlessly client-focused. Known as “Your Home Girl,” she takes pride in being someone her clients can trust to guide them through buying or selling with honesty, clarity, and care. Carmel especially loves helping first-time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership, and there is nothing more rewarding to her than seeing clients realize that owning a home is truly within reach.
Over the course of her adult life, Carmel has been something of a “Jill of All Trades,” an experience that has sharpened her problem-solving skills and adaptability. If she doesn’t immediately have an answer, she knows how to find one — and her clients benefit from her determination to seek solutions, navigate challenges, and keep transactions moving forward. Her resourcefulness, combined with strong communication and attention to detail, helps take the stress out of the real estate process.
Carmel has lived in Fletcher for many years and deeply values its strong sense of community. Fletcher Park has been a constant in her life for more than 25 years — from children’s sports and family outings to long walks, roller skating, concerts, and quiet moments outdoors. That personal connection gives her genuine insight into the area and a heartfelt appreciation for the neighborhoods she serves.
When she’s not working with clients, Carmel enjoys being outdoors — preferably when it’s warm — and spending time in the community she calls home.
