Born and raised in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Staci Watkins is proud to call Asheville, North Carolina home. As a true Asheville native, she has a deep connection to the community, the people, and the unique lifestyle that makes Western North Carolina such a special place to live. Although life took her to Madison, Wisconsin and Phoenix, Arizona for a period of time, the mountains always called her back. After returning to Asheville 10 years ago, she knew there was nowhere else she would rather build her life, raise her family, and serve her clients.
With six years of experience in real estate, Staci brings both professional knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. She believes that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction—it is a personal journey, and every client deserves guidance that feels supportive, honest, and stress-free. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to strong communication help her clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
As a wife and proud mother of four, Staci understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a true place to call home. Family is at the center of everything she does, and that same care and dedication carries into her work as a real estate professional. She loves building lasting relationships with her clients and helping them feel connected to the community she knows and loves so well.
Outside of real estate, Staci enjoys practicing yoga, hiking the beautiful mountain trails of Western North Carolina, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. While she loves exploring new places and creating new memories, she believes there is nothing quite like the peace and beauty of coming home to the Asheville mountains. Her local knowledge, strong community roots, and heartfelt approach make her a trusted guide for buyers and sellers throughout the Asheville area.
