Application Process
Getting into your next mountain home is simple. Here's what to expect from start to keys in hand.
Browse & Inquire
Explore our available long-term rentals online. Found something you love? Contact our rental team to schedule a showing or ask questions about the property.
Submit Application
Complete our online rental application. There is a $25 application fee per adult. We will need proof of income, rental history, and personal references.
Background & Income Check
We run a credit check, criminal background screen, and verify income. Rent should be no more than 35% of gross monthly income. Processing takes 2-3 business days.
Sign Lease & Move In
Once approved, your lease will be sent for electronic signature. First month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. Renter's insurance is required before move-in.
