About
Ana Lilburn and her family moved to Saluda, NC, from Florida in 2016. She started her real estate career with a large firm where she enjoyed learning from top real estate producers. With this experience and education, she has become a top agent in both Polk and Henderson County. She is an expert at resourcing the best photographers and creating floor plans that differentiate a home for sale from other homes on the market. She knows the market and how to price a home to sell.
She has been instrumental in helping families relocate to western NC. Not only has she served people relocating, but she also helps them discover all of the opportunities their new communities have to offer.
Her connection to Saluda was through family members who live in Saluda. Frequent visits to the area convinced Ana and her husband to move to one of the most beautiful places in the world to raise their children. Ana’s principles are grounded in family values, respecting elders, and building a community, which she has found to be a common thread with folks in Saluda.
Ana is an active member of the community and a Member of the Saluda Women’s Club, where she enjoys camaraderie and raising money for scholarships. She is a semi-regular “head chef” at the Saluda Community Table, where she is famous for cooking for over 140 locals.
When Ana is not helping her clients, she is hiking in the woods with her husband and children. Along the way, where once they could not wait to go on vacation, they have now found that special place that they find hard to leave. There is no place like home!
