The occupancy limit at Brevard Place is two occupants per apartment. One occupant is $750/mo, Two Occupants is $950/mo, there is no additional charge for any occupant under the age of 18 who is a legal dependent of the tenant.

The additional $200 in rent for a 2nd Occupant is for the following:
