Real Estate Agent Allie Bourdy
Allie Bourdy was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan but has called the Asheville area home since 2012. Allie and her husband, Jim, live in a beacon village bungalow in Swannanoa with their dog, Piper Ale. When they started their personal home journey in 2017, Allie became unexpectedly passionate about real estate and now has a soft spot for helping first time homebuyers. She loves that each property is different and as someone who is naturally inquisitive, she enjoys getting to learn, research and ask questions everyday! When she’s not working, she loves traveling with her husband, exploring small towns in the mountains, camping, and visiting breweries. Allie is also happiest in the kitchen and loves cooking meals and hosting dinner parties. Clients can count on Allie for her take on local culture and fare. She can provide you with an extensive list of places to dine or recommend any number of fun local breweries, cideries, or day trips around Asheville!
As a trusted Realtor®, Allie understands that selling and/or buying a home can be complex and deeply personal. For that reason, she wants her clients to always feel supported and confident that they have a trusted advisor on their side. Prior to real estate, Allie worked at Starbucks for over a decade in management and customer service. She took the skills she learned there and implemented them into her business. Her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients' wants and needs in order to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Allie loves getting a feel for every home and community she visits – she feels that each person and property has a story to tell and would love to be a part of your story!
