Amanda’s family roots are from the other side of the Appalachian Mountains. Inspired by the mountains, Amanda and her husband made the move to Brevard from Atlanta in 2021. Drawn to the area’s stunning mountain biking and hiking trails, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant community, they found the peaceful energy they’d been searching for.

In addition to her career expertise, Amanda has a remarkable background in strength sports as a former nationally ranked powerlifter. Her powerlifting career taught her perseverance in the face of challenges, the importance of strategic planning, and how to stay focused on achieving goals—skills she applies in her life every day.
