Dylan Glasgow grew up in a family-run bed & breakfast in downtown Asheville, in which his customer service immersion training started at a young age. He prides himself on his thorough knowledge of the Western North Carolina real estate market and the unique neighborhoods within. He values transparency, honesty, and aims to facilitate an easy and even fun transaction process.
After living and studying in various cities across the East Coast, Dylan was drawn back to the Asheville culture and lifestyle. A savvy entrepreneur, Dylan founded the Liberty House Cafe in 2016. He brought the love of culinary, coffee, and community together into a self-renovated craftsman house with a large organic garden. After owning and operating the business for 4 years, Dylan sold it in order to devote his time and passion to guide clients through their real estate journey.
Dylan is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys mountain biking, backpacking, and tenkara fishing with his partner and their two dogs, Louie and Jasper. He enjoys investing in local real estate with his business partner and managing their growing portfolio of multi-family properties.
Please contact Dylan for any questions about real estate, the insider scoop on the best mountain bike trails and local restaurants, or to simply chat bikes.
