Born in southern California and raised mostly in Washington State, Jarett has moved to North Carolina twice in his life. The first time was to Burnsville where he finished high school at Mountain Heritage. The second time was to Chimney Rock from Fairbanks, Alaska where he served at Fort Wainwright as a medical specialist with a light infantry unit. After Jarett’s ETS from the Army, he began work at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital and school at the University of Alaska. While studying communications, he also developed a love for everything outdoors and film-related. Jarett’s professional development began with Lamar Advertising as an account executive. While with Lamar, he gained invaluable experience working, developing, and maintaining a number of relationships with organizations all over the country, but most importantly western North Carolina. He believes it has given him a unique perspective on all the beautiful little towns that call WNC home. As a REALTOR®, Jarett believes communication is the number one skill you must possess when helping others navigate the complexities related to home sales.
