Originally from Atlanta, Jordan Clark graduated from the University of Vermont and then served in the U.S. Peace Corps in a remote village in Guatemala. After Peace Corps, he returned to the United States and worked in the financial services industry in San Francisco. In 2006, Central America’s beautiful surf, welcoming people and boundless opportunity beckoned. Jordan saw an opportunity and moved to Nicaragua with his wife Brooke to open a Real Estate Brokerage. During their 12-year journey, the Clark family adopted a street dog named Josh, gave birth to their daughter Nina León, started an all-natural popsicle company and built the leading real estate firm on the Northern Nicaragua Coast.
The decision to move to Nicaragua was driven by a love for adventure and a desire for a unique quality of life. In 2018 the Clark family decided to move to Western Carolina to be close to family. After much careful consideration, it became clear that Brevard, and specifically Connestee Falls, would be the perfect place to fulfill those same desires in their new life. Thus began a new adventure.
During Jordan’s real estate career in Northern Nicaragua, he built a 15-person team providing property management, construction management, rental, and sales services. He also appeared twice on HGTV’s House Hunters International and served as International Living’s investment guide to the region. Over this time Jordan became the leading expert on real estate in Northern Nicaragua and was able to guide many of the top investors in the country through a complicated legal system and difficult transaction environment.
Jordan’s varied experience and commitment to his clients makes him the perfect person to bring the Looking Glass Realty level of service to Connestee Falls. Jordan looks forward to working with Connestee residents and helping to spread the word about the unique quality of life that Connestee offers.
