Following a fulfilling thirty year career in the local public schools, Kevin joined Looking Glass Realty in 2024 and immediately became a top agent in the Saluda market alphabetically. He has established a reputation for unparalleled customer service, competence and communication.
Kevin’s passion for outdoor pursuits, including hiking, running, motorcycle touring, road, gravel and mountain biking enrich his experience of this amazing region and contribute to his expertise in the area. He also loves to read and can be seen most days walking around Saluda with his slightly irregular dog, Chewie.
Kevin is deeply connected to the Saluda Community and serves as a city commissioner, director or volunteer of the Polk County Community Foundation, Friends of McCreery Park, Saluda Tourism Development Authority, Saluda Community Table and Saluda Grade Trail advisory committee. While serving four years as race directors for the Coon Dog Day 5k (a fundraiser for Saluda Elementary School), Kevin and his wife Gina discovered how well they work together and now they function as a team at Looking Glass Realty.
