Rich was fantastic through the entire home-buying process...from assisting in finding a home to closing remotely from a different state. I remembered Rich from a previous trip to Brevard 5 years ago and searched him out on this trip. He didn't hesitate to drive me to 5 separate homes in one day, some a considerable distance from others. He was completely impartial, being more concerned with my happiness than in his own financial interests (as evidenced by the fact that I ended up buying the least expensive house that we looked at). He even drove to the house I was interested in several times to take photos of the house and send them to me. At closing, he coordinated directly with the closing agent to make my remote closing as painless as possible. All in all a real customer-oriented experience! I wouldn't hesitate to use Looking Glass (and Rich) again for any future real estate needs.

Leslie Libby was a lifesaver throughout the entire process of selling my house. She held Open Houses and she held my hand! I have a hard time making decisions and she was nothing but gentle an patient with me YET was a great negotiator when I needed her to be tough. She and her husband Rich definitely earned their piece of pie on this one.
