About
Ana Lilburn and her family moved to Saluda, NC, from Florida in 2016 and started her real estate career with a large firm where she enjoyed and learned from top real estate producers. With this experience and education, she has become a top agent in Polk and Henderson County. She is an expert at resourcing the best photographers and creating floor plans that differentiate a home for sale from other homes on the market. She knows the market and how to price a home to sell.
Born in Venezuela, she speaks fluent Spanish and has been instrumental in helping families relocate to western NC. Not only has she served people relocating, but she also helps them discover all of the opportunities their new communities have to offer.
Her connection to Saluda was through family members who live in Saluda. Frequent visits to the area convinced Ana and her husband, Brian, to move to one of the most beautiful places in the world to raise their children, Pixie and Raiden. Ana’s Venezuelan heritage is grounded in family values, respecting elders, and building a community which she has found to be a common thread with folks in Saluda.
Ana is an active member of the community, a Member of the Saluda Women’s Club, where she enjoys comradery and raising money for scholarships, a volunteer at the Saluda visitor center sharing knowledge of our wonderful community, and a new member of the Saluda Garden Club whose core mission is Education and Service. She is a regular “head chef” at the Saluda Community Table, where she is famous for cooking Venezuelan food for over 140 locals.
When Ana is not helping her clients—those looking to sell a home and those looking to buy a new home—she is hiking in the woods with her husband and children. Along the way, using her herbalist knowledge, she fills her basket foraging for herbs and medicinal plants. Where once they could not wait to go on vacation, they have now found that special place that they find hard to leave. There is no place like home!
