Though Pat spent most of her life in Jacksonville, Florida, she spent the first eight years right across the Blue Ridge Parkway in Waynesville. It never got out of her blood and many of her family vacations were spent at Lake Junaluska. Simply stated, Pat loves these mountains. She purchased a vacation home in the Lake Toxaway area and spent her summers and every opportunity there while teaching in the Jacksonville area. In 2004, Pat returned full-time to the area and began working in real estate shortly thereafter.
Pat moved to Brevard in 2016 and loved the vibrancy of this precious town. Her personal passion used to be running but is now hiking. There is almost no real or imagined illness that a hike in these mountains (or elsewhere, for that matter) will not cure. In 2011, Pat scratched off a bucket list item by hiking the 500-mile trek across Spain, the Camino de Santiago. Since then, she has hiked in Scotland and Wales but commented while on these hikes that at home the hiking is just as wonderful.
While that is her personal passion, Pat’s real estate passion is working with both buyers and sellers to help achieve their real estate needs. She loves all aspects of it…meeting people, showing homes, and, most importantly, finding just the right home for a buyer. She would love to work with you to help you accomplish your real estate goals.
